We support our students with a range of services. In particular our student services will help you with all the necessary formalities after your arrival in Germany.

Our student service consists of the following:

Police registration

One of our student services team will accompany you to the police registration office in Berlin. The following documentation is required:

• valid passport
• correct current address
• registration form (completed and signed)

Accommodation Service

We look forward to organising accommodation which will fulfill your individual requirements.

Health Insurance

If you have bought health insurance through EURASIA Institute we assist you with the processing of claims issues and queries. For instance we will send the invoice of the doctor or hospital off to the insurance company.

Opening a bank account

Our staff will accompany you to the bank in order to open your account. The following documentation is needed for this:

• Valid police registration slip
• Valid passport
• EURASIA student ID-card (up to 30 years of age)

Visa-Extension (in Berlin)

Our student service team will process the conversion of your Schengen visa to a residence permit at the immigration authorities in Berlin. We require a number of documents for this as well as the authorities' fee of up to 60€. The exact sum will depend on the duration of the extension.
